Solutions Architect
Location: Chicago, IL Solutions Architect Location: Chicago, IL Level: Senior (8+ years experience) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We seek a Solutions Architect to design comprehensive IT solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, drive solution implementation, and ensure client success. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client business objectives and technical requirements - Design end-to-end solutions combining infrastructure, applications, and services - Create solution roadmaps and technical implementation plans - Lead solution design workshops and architecture reviews - Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales engagements - Oversee solution implementation and ensure quality delivery - Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers - Develop proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations - Document solutions and create training materials - Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of enterprise IT architecture and consulting experience - Expertise in enterprise systems, networks, and security - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid architectures - Experience with ERP, CRM, and business software implementations - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications: - TOGAF or similar architecture certifications - PMP or similar project management certification - Industry-specific experience (finance, healthcare, manufacturing) - Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain) - Published thought leadership or speaking experience Compensation: - High base salary plus performance bonus - Comprehensive benefits package - Professional development and certification support - Flexible work arrangements - Equity participation - Executive perks and wellness programs
